Sent wrong loupes
I was sent the wrong loupes from a well known loupes manufacturer. I have not been happy with the sales rep all along but I need ergo loupes and felt these were the best product. Now I have someone else’s loupes and the sales rep is blaming it on the shipping company.
I am not comfortable taking my loupes now that they have been with someone else. How do I know how they were handled ect? The minimal communication is also very frustrating.
Is it too much to request a refund? Should I just let the rep figure it out and wait for my loupes?
Suggestions on new ergo loupes?
