Has anyone noticed that some of the RAM and RAM 10th Anniversary mixes are different?

I know I’m late to the party, but I just started listening to the RAM 10th anniversary album and immediately noticed some differences in some of the tracks. I’ve listened to RAM so many times that every note and sound is engrained in my brain, so it was super jarring when I heard something that was different.

For example, listen to Touch at the breakdown right after 4:10 before the voices come in, and listen on both albums. Same vibe, but it’s like the 10th anniversary one was shifted forward and has all that blank space afterwards.

Maybe this was common knowledge, but are there other tracks that are like this, and does anybody know why? I’ll try to see which other ones I notice on the way, but I can’t be the only one that this bugs lol
