What do y'all think of this skin

I've been getting a lot into making skins but with the limited pallets that I have as a new player. Luckily I got this pretty baby after farming and selling my headless glimmer noctla. I wanted to do a skin inspired by those bioluminescent shrimp or jellyfish that sometimes appear at night on shores and make the waves shiny. Oh for comparison. What do y all think and how could I further upgrade my skills for skin making 🙏
