How do you cope?

So, first time ko mag-post dito. I just want to know what other means do you cope when trying to move on from someone kahit sinabi niyang bigyan siya ng time to think if gusto pa ba niyang ayusin yung meron sainyo or what. I know it seems way advanced but the signs are there already, and I somehow know where this ends already. I've been waiting for her answer for almost 2 months now for a yes or no answer to the question "Do you still want to fix what we have?".

Besides working out, reading a book, watching a series, and making a playlist to somehow help myself move oh, what else can you guys recommend? Really need suggestions as I can feel my thoughts starting to go against me again. (Was depressed due to the breakup and went back to taking meds)
