Some "Weapons" That May Help

I would like to discuss with you all—what do you think about each one?

The first one is corn silk
(Corn itself isn’t good because it may be infected with fungi, but corn must develop natural mechanisms to deal with fungi, right?)

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/267228422_Antimicrobial_Activities_of_Extracts_and_Flavonoid_Glycosides_of_Corn_Silk_Zea_mays_L (the compounds analyzed did not show inhibition of candida, but we must remember that corn silk has other compounds that may have effective mechanisms, there are other studies)

The second one is avocado leaf
(Persea americana specifically)

Both corn silk and avocado leaf are popularly used in Brazil to treat urinary tract infections. However, I suspected they also have antifungal effects, because I once had a fungal syndrome (at the time I thought it was only dysbiosis) and developed a urinary tract infection. I started taking these two herbs and, admit it, I noticed improvement almost without realizing it (in addition to using Espinheira Santa for gastritis, from the species Maytenus ilicifolia; this herb does not have antifungal action, but it is a potent anti-inflammatory and produces mucus for the gut, reducing intestinal permeability and helping the body to respond better).

The third "weapon" is avocado seed.
(This is a potent candidate; it can be used either by dehydrating the seed and making flour, or by making tea—I’m not sure if you’ll find recipes in English, but in Portuguese you do.)

The fourth weapon is not antifungal or anti-inflammatory, but it is something that "trains" immunity, helping the immune system to better remember what it has already encountered: Imuno TF

For specific cases of Candida:

Imuno TF is an innovative, natural supplement developed to strengthen the immune system. Made from transfer factors that are isolated and extracted from pigs, Imuno TF has high bioavailability, providing rapid and effective absorption in the body.

Transfer factors are a set of molecules that function to detect, identify, combat, and destroy foreign invaders (like viruses, fungi, parasites, etc.). They then store the information about these invaders in memory cells, so that when they infect the system again, they are eliminated more easily.

There aren’t many studies on intestinal Candida—only case reports—but in theory, Imuno TF would help reduce the Candida population and restore it to a “commensal” state. In systemic cases, where there are clear signs of infection and inflammation, it would accelerate healing and increase the production of antibodies and immune memory.

Imuno TF is a Brazilian product; I don’t know if an equivalent exists in other countries. It is a compounded product, and its active ingredient is produced by the magistral pharmacy "Infinity Pharma."
