My current Dynasty Playoff vs Top 25 (did the committee make a mistake?)

Feels like it’s gonna be absolute cinema. Notre Dame just beat Michigan in the BIG10 playoffs 42 - 28 they seem legit. (I have done a lot of re aligning to conferences) most power conferences are represented but it seems not a single ACC team made it. 3 SEC teams (LSU, Georgia, Auburn. 4 BIG10 teams (ND, Michigan, Indiana, PSU) 3 BIG12 (Oklahoma, TCU, KSTATE) 1 PAC-12 (Utah) and 1 non power program (Tulsa). Did the committee make a mistake by not putting in 9-3 washington or 10-3 Cal?
