Shaking/Trembling

To clarity, she has been to the vet twice.

Background: It is just her and I, no other pets live here. She is 9 months old and an indoor cat. Her mom was found on the side of the road pregnant in Illinois, taken back to MN and had 5 babies. All have had their shots.

The first time at the vet, they thought she was just a super anxious cat and took her temp and was healthy.

My cat is constantly shaking and trembling. (Will post video in comments) As soon as she lays down, she’s shaking. Awake, and asleep. She has been doing it for a few months now. She’s also a yapper, unsure if that had to do with anything, lol. This is her blood work results from the second time I went, to a different vet. Now obviously there are some low numbers. I don’t know what all of these mean so it’s a little difficult for me to understand. I’m working on her diet to add some more protein and iron into it. She eats both dry and wet food. But she hasn’t had as much of an appetite in the last month or so. The vet sent me home with antibiotics because they said it is possible she has toxoplasmosis. But even they weren’t 100% sure. She has been on them for about a week now, twice a day, and there has been no improvement. Obviously I could wait longer to see if anything gets better, but so far none. Does toxoplasmosis even cause shaking like this? I am leaning to think possible anemia, but that doesn’t cause much shaking either? Is she just an anxious cat? Anyways, I was just seeing if anyone else’s cat has had something familiar. I am a first time cat owner, please instead of hate, If I’m not doing something correct, let me know what I can do different. Thank you in advance!
