Advice needed

I'll be graduating my btech from vit in 2025. I've got placed rn at a good company for 12lpa package. But idk tech roles don't fascinate me. All of my 10th,12th and clg scores are above 95. So, when and how should I start preparing for MBA at a premier institute either in India or abroad? Drop in ur suggestions please. Gimme suggestions for the universities I should target.
