What cut of pork is this?

Recently split a whole pig with a couple friend. Most things are easily identified but I’m not sure exactly what this is. It looks to me like a cross section of a ham???

Can anyone confirm? Also, having never cook a raw ham… how would you cook it? It’s about an inch and a half (3.5 cm) thick..
