Are there "Omnibus" styled books for the HH?

I was going through kindle and that Lexicanum list and there were books (like Garro, The Master of Mankind and Tallarn that said they had a bunch of stories combined. Im assuming that means that those books are just to consolidate the series from 54 different stories into a shorter list but I just wanted a confirmation before I dropped my money on 13 books
