Girl mini won’t eat - Almost 7 months

Yesterday, Miss Mabel took all day to eat her food. Today, she left half her breakfast and has not touched her dinner. She’s still playful, fun, happy…all the good stuff - BUT she has gotten more cuddly than normal. She’s almost 7 months. Should I be worried? I did read it could have something to do with her body getting ready for her first heat…has anyone else experienced this?

Note: I gave her a bite of boiled chicken, and she ate it…so she does have some appetite, just not for the kibble.
