I'm super paranoid please help.

About 3 months ago I found a bedbug crawling on my pillow. We did one round of heat & chemicals treatment and followed all of the rules. They said we caught the infestation super early and they'd only found one molt so it was likely a hitch hiker. They couldn't find any eggs either, if there was any I assume the treatment killed them. A few weeks later I found what I thought was the single dead bed bug. There's been zero evidence of any since. The exterminators said that we were very likely in the clear. Cut to a few days ago and I had bites in a row of three on my arm. I originally suspected my bf's family member to have them but they won't listen to him. Since its not in my boyfriend's control I have made him strip and throw everything in the dryer on high heat whenever he walks through our door so that he can still come over every now and then. This time, I got bit about 10 minutes after he'd done so. We immediatelty stripped the bed we were in, and our clothes, bagged everything up super tight and started running everything through the dryer on high heat. We ended up breaking up over it because I just can't have him at the house anymore. I just found the dead bed bug in the picture above, about five feet away from my dryer. Could this be a lady bug instead or just a dead bug from the previous treatment? Also if it is the bedbug would it have already laid eggs since it has fed? I'm wondering if I nipped this problem in the butt soon enough or when I should start freaking out. I'm also wondering if treatments could have failed somehow and I've been putting the blame in the wrong direction. If you have any knowledge please help clarify some stuff I'm super stressed.
