Vanilla bypass ??

So recently i became king of the vlandia after derthert death of old age in the years 1100 (i tried to kill it in battle but i guess he offed himself after i spent 2 years waiting in my settlement) So now i have given 3 fief to 3 different companion so far and i have 100 relation with all of them, how do i make sure they support me when i make policy ?
