Need career advise for my sister

My sister is 22 years she had given CA foundation but failed then switched to CS and LLB , she has been failing in CS exams too , but she also hasn't put her 100% in this exams . Recently an astrologer uncle of our neighbor said the worst possible things about her that she will never clear any exams and will never be a professional and will have to be dependent on money , which actually broke my already demotivated sister .
