I did mushrooms 10 years ago and

sold weed to my friends. Here's the details:

Born in '94. Applying in SF Bay Area.

I did mushrooms one time each in 2011, 2015. Did coke once in 2013. Did ecstasy once in 2010. Sold gram quantities of weed to my friends as a teenager in 2011. One speeding ticket in 2015.

All of this was included in my PHS form.

Is this stuff the reason I'm not making past oral board stages? I have 2 rejections so far, although I'm still waiting to hear back from my agency of choice.

I got 73.3 on the PELLETB and 426 on the WSTB. 10:30 1.5mile.

If I had to guess, it's lack of relevant work experience (I'm currently a web developer) or selling weed 14 years ago?

I know you guys don't like people with crazy histories asking why they can't become an LEO, but I guess I'm hoping that 10-15 years is long enough that these things could be considered youthful folly? I was 16-20 when I made these bad decisions, and now I'm 30, with no trouble in the last 10 years and a lot of motivation.

If these things aren't absolute dealbreakers, then what would you think about me doing 2 years of EMT to show that I can handle stress, manage a scene, handle the public, and work weird hours?
