Please interpret my blood results

Im a 40 year old male in the northeast with no drinking, drugs or smoking. I have no major health issues but I do have factor v lieden. I am on metroplol for tachycardia and palpitations, on montelukast for allergies and on famotidine for acid refulx. I take a zyrtec daily as well.

The 3 results that are out if rsnge are making me very anxious. Doctor away.
