Greek minority in Himarë and Dhërmi villages, Albania?
I'm interested in the Balkans' demographics including the minority groups in each country. One of these minorities are the Greek-speaking population in the souther on Albania.
Perhaps I'm opening a pandora box here as the topic seems to be sensitive, but, may I ask if there is some reliable figure showing the percentage of Greek-speaking population in Himarë?
There are mixed sources, in wikipedia it's said that in the village of Himarë and Dhërmi itself the majority are Greek-speaking people (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Himarë & https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Himarë\_(town) & https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhërmi) but there are other studies saying that the percentage of greeks is doen to 11-15% in Himarë and Dhërmi (https://www.voxnews.al/english/aktualitet/bido-zbulon-planin-grek-per-jugun-e-shqiperise-ja-pse-duan-minoritet--i46613 & https://iconstyle.al/en/beteja-per-20-e-vetedeklarimi-si-greke-bido-prezanton-studimin-ne-himare/)
Is there any source that is non biased for neither side which can show the percentage of this minority in Himarë and Dhërmi?
