PHD2 is acting up... please help

So PHD2 is connected through ASCOM to my mount and I can use the manual move buttons in every direction and it moves as it should. But when I go to calibrate it does every direction but when it gets to South it goes for a sec and then mount drastically moves in north south, as if nodding "yes" and the calibration fails

The problem had started before when it could pass calibration. But I could only guide for a few sec before the mount would jerk up and down as if the telescope was nodding "yes"

It just randomly started doing this one night. I used to guide all night with 5 min exposures with ease. Has this happened to anyone else before?

I can't even run the guide assistance because it won't pass calibration to guide on anything in the first place. Help please
