Mid Year Report submission !!! HELP AND ADVICE

If i dropped one grade in IB in my mid year report for Yr 12 from what it is was in 11th grade will that be seen down upon by my RD schools. Also school who dont require mid year also receive it through the common app will they also take it into consideration while assessing me for RD.
