Books that take a deep dive, granular look at life improvements to reduce anxiety

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I’m looking for books and/or resources that act as a kind of guide on how to take a hard look at your life (what you do for a living, where/location you live, what you eat, how you spend your time/hobbies, the environment you live in, who you surround yourself with, etc) to help identify where the stressors/anxiety inducing activities (or inactivity) may lie.

Google and going down the Internet rabbit hole has this failed me, so hoping Reddit will have suggestions!
