A reminder to keep your expectations for July 15 conference in check - JD.com quite possibly not attending (with potential evidence)

Seeing a lot of folks posting on this sub as if the inclusion of JD.com in the agenda for the upcoming conference indicates with 100% certainty, or at least a very high likelihood, that the team will be announcing a partnership with JD. Just wanted to point out that a user that appears to be Da Hongfei recently commented on a relevant post saying that JD.com would NOT be attending:
While I'm not sure whether it actually is Da Hongfei or not (the limited activity is somewhat suspect, but both times he's commented he's spoken with authority without being flashy about it, so certainly within the realm of possibility) this is just a cautionary note to remember to take everything you read in this sub with a healthy dose of skepticism. Would love to avoid the outpouring of cynicism and disappointment that is inevitable when folks here artificially pump up their own expectations and then are inexplicably pissed when those expectations are not met.
We have enough other fantastic things coming this month - let's not get greedy.
