Results after one week?

Started Accutane 7 days ago and my skin hasn’t looked this good in years. I have struggled with very mild but persistent acne for a long time and tried every topical under the sun with no result. Now that I’ve started Accutane and cut out all actives in my skincare routine, my skin is clear.

I’m confused if this could possibly be from Accutane even though it’s only been 7 days, or if my acne was caused by using different actives over the years when my skin never required them?

Could just be a good stretch of no breakouts and I’m overthinking all of this lol
