What AU ideas do you think are underrated/never see enough of??

I'm looking at my pile of abandoned WIPs and half-baked plots and ideas and thinking.. What I really need is an entirely new suggestion to get me back into writing! 😅

But really, I just love AUs, and want to talk about them. I think they can be a little looked down on as a concept, and I just think they're so much fun to read/write.
