Help with troubleshooting
I have an Ender v2 Neo and for awhile now I have had one of two error codes popping up when I try to print something. It is either "Thermal Runaway" or "Heating Failure" I'm not sure if I have a cable that is just bad or if I need to replace the heating block. I have already made sure that everything was plugged into the motherboard and components correctly, and I even re glued them just to make sure. I am not sure what I should do next to try and fix things. The picture is of the "Thermal Runaway" error.
