Help, my prints are turning out like this. More below.

I was printing using some eSun pla+ orange filament and in my final print at the end it ended up like this. (See image 2). Then I changed to my eSun pla+ black filament and all prints are turning out like this. (Image 1) I have changed the temperature to see if it is making a difference and I'm not seeing much improvement. Any ideas on what to do or what is wrong. Thanks.
