There has got to be a simpler way to have an alarm from keeping something from running and requiring a procedure before restarting. The FilterInhibitRun in the AlarmService is tied to the And1 block in the Logic. Alarm comes from FilterPressureShutdown. Let me know if you know of a simpler solution.
