B550M PRO VDH WIFI stuck on CPU LED. I tried everything even updating bios except reseating the cpu and clearing cmos. Can anyone who got the same problem tell me which was the best way to fix this issue?

My first pc builx, Help.. B550M PRO VDH WIFI. the cpu led stays solid white. I didn't update the bios though. there is another problem which is I mistakenly forgot the sata cable for system fans but its Fixable and okay for me.. everything else worked and monitor got the gpu signal But black screen

Finally. after 10 months I gottem, anyways. my question is. do I need to update the bios on B550M VDH WIFI? the manufacturing date says 2430 which is 2024/7/?? , So its bios must be MUCH ahead of the release of 5000 series. can I put the 5700x and works Without bios update?

Sometimes I don't understand the Intel hate. what are the values of their cpu in your country? for me intel IS ALWAYS CHEAPER. 13600K is cheaper than 7600x. 13700KF is cheaper than 7900x. 14900K is cheaper than 7950x and now almost the same cost as 7800X3D which is the only cpu that matters.

Ok so. I've been really stressed about that choice the past 3 days. Used 3090 for 615$? or 4070 ti super for 900$? [The used card seller said it didn't pass 70° during a test.]. is the vram of the ti super enough? for UE5 animation. 1440p ultra textures and also blender.
