Did haruka singlehandedly ruin my 100%??

I opened a bunch of the lockers with Haruka and now she has upgrade items i need to invest in weapon works, can i combine her inventory somehow or am i just screwed this playthrough? I read a post saying that in ng+ the inventory combines but i'd really rather do everything this first playthrough
