Believing you can do it
Hi lovely ladies.
I'm reading this really great book at the moment on Habits, and how we form them. After having some struggles bingeing pre shark week. I've felt really, really down. The weight hasn't budged at all nor have the inches. A chapter I'm at now is talking about how it's not just about changing the habits. It's about believing it will work, that you can do it, and finding that belief somewhere, maybe even in a community.
When I read that I thought of this group, and I realised I really need to believe more, in myself, in that this can work. Not panic and fall back onto old dieting protocol, as I am tempted to do.
