Very Loud Xbox 360 Console

This is my Xbox 360 Console that has been developing for a while a very loud what is assume disc drive and a very hot exhaust fan. Now I’m not sure if this related to maybe a power issue? As it is that I’m in Mexico and frequent power outages may have affected it. Or is it that it just needs a refresh in the inside?
