My original/childhood 360 collection. Would you sell or keep?

So with the way the market is right now would y’all capitalize on the high prices or hold out? I’m a bit of a hoarder/collector when it comes to games, and I certainly don’t need the money. However it’s kind of hard to hold onto a game like Asuras Wrath that I’ll probably never play again and is selling for $50+ when I paid probably $10 for it 6 years ago. At the same time I’d hate to sell all of my valuable games now and then they continue to go up. On the other hand they could easily go back down in value. So what would y’all do in this case? Sell while they’re hot or hold on to them?
