New to healing for years and getting flamed

Recently started back up with war within 1970io 605 resto shaman

Really enjoying mythic plus at the moment apart from the toxicity. Been getting flamed a lot recently for doing “really low healing” I average about 500k hps in each mythic but don’t know how much I should be doing.
