Frames In Raid

Hey guys, So I cleared the normal raid yesterday which was pretty fun but I was super confused on extreme low fps throughout a lot oft fights. I got a i5 13600k and a 3070 super and think that I have a lot of settings on quite low… with all these animations I honestly hop around 20-50 frames during those fights… am I missing something or is this how ppl just raid nowadays? Is there anyone with like constant 120 fps on 1920x1080?
