Ara-Kara and Mists are baffling

I have 9 characters between 1250 and 2000 rating, I did ~120 m+ runs this season, all pugging. I cannot remember a single run of Ara-Kara last boss and Mists second boss being clean.

There is always at least one wipe on Ki’katal, or one death if I’m being lucky. Same story with Mistcaller, I cannot remember seeing the whole party being alive, finding the clone seems impossible for most pug groups between +2 and +8 (I myself am guilty of this, which is why I vastly prefer tanking or healing this fight, I dread her as dps. Nameplates hide the icon or I cannot find the time to solve the puzzle).

Am I the only one with this impression? Do you guys have more luck than me seeing your whole groupe alive on these two pug destroyers of bosses?
