Is there enough time left to reach pvp elite transmog set?

Hello there I feel like I came back to WoW very late in the season, just leveled up 80 char and wondering is there enough time to reach 2.1k mmr until end of the season.

Playing Arms/Fury warrior previous highest exp is 2.4k.

Is Solo Shuffle arena or solo rbg better option, considering meta and que time?
