New to PVP Aff lock racial question

I've been playing wow on and off again since vanilla but I've never tried competitive pvp before but after seeing the New epic set for lock I've set my mind on unlocking it. i currently have 2 warlocks leveled, a goblin and a Nelf and was wondering which one has the stronger racial for 2v2 arenas?
