ABS Question
I am trying to figure out how to get my abs to pop, as I have never been able to get them to show throughout my life. I was down to about 165 at 6 feet tall (not completely sure exactly what my body fat was at, but was very very slim) and still didn’t have a strong enough core to get them to pop. I was doing non weighted fast paced ab workouts during that gym run, and still nothing really showed. I am trying to bulk back up while doing some weighted ab workouts like cable crunches and non weighted like leg raises. I am aiming to get cut by July, and my abs are one of my priorities in the gym this time around as it’s like a childhood fantasy 😂. How often should I be doing abs, is every other day overkill, or is that what would be best for results. Thanks in advanced
