I'm a beginner and im lost, need help

Can someone pleaseeee help me I have joined gym yesterday after procrastinating for quite a while. But im now lost lost. What am i supposed to do?? I looked everywhere but all i find is gym motivation which i have(i think) and more advanced workout names which im not at all familiar with.

Well one thing i heard was finding out my goal to target specific areas i think. All i know is my goal is to get stronger, as in i dont wanna get tired after climbing a few stairs, which is my first goal and then i eventually wanna get stronger. Forgive me if im talking noob language, its cause i am 😭
