Help a lost beginner out
Hiii y’all I am new here and probably will sound dumb to people that have actual knowledge so please be nice haha, so I wanted to get toned and started eating healthy (I focused on more protein less sugar), and started doing Mary Braun workout routine honestly just because I needed something that I can follow along and didn’t really want to go to the gym. I wanted to ask if that makes sense at all and if it would be recommended to get ankle weights /resistance bands or so. I am female,22 tall and underweight but my body is like a box and I still have fat on my belly and upper tights so my goal would be to get a more defined belly / upper body shape and maybe improve the shape of my booty a bit (I totally know that I can’t grow a big booty or something with body weight exercises). I wanted to ask if what I am doing makes any sense for what my goals are or if I have a completely wrong approach, honestly I am happy over any recommendations maybe someone knows a (maybe certified) person or so with educational content because I found quite contradicting statements from different people so I really didn’t know who to follow or what actually makes sense Thanks so much in advance PS: I read the beginners guide on this channel but still feel lost
