BFR - Blood flow restriction workout, any benefits?

Hey there fellow workouters.
I got these BFR bands at home and used them few times, had a good pump and muscle-mind connection when using them during workout.
But I was wondering if anyone has actually some long term use results out of them, using them on regular basis, incorporating in their workout regime.
Is there something to it or it's just not worth the time?
