Condescending shift lead?

So I not-so-recently started working at an animal hospital for the first time so there’s a good amount of things I don’t know about or how to do just yet. Currently I’ve been working at to different locations so I’m being trained by like 10 people and learning 2 different work flows and expectations.

It’s been 4 months I’ve felt more confident at my home location because they’re way more appreciative while the other location just gives critiques which I don’t mind but I feel as if I’m regressing in some way. Today was the most stressful because me and another coworker have to go to the different location to train with our new full time doctor but I was the only one there today. Only one person has the decency to tell me things before I do them or give critiques in private. Some others give a nice reminder and give some grace. But there’s one particular lady who really pisses me off so let me know if I’m interpreting this wrong:

When I first started I used my phone to write down notes and the girl says as loud as she can “if you don’t get off your phone I’ll make you start cleaning”. I respond my telling her I’m just taking notes and she says “well you’re going to have to get a notebook”. OBVIOUSLY I would’ve had one if I could get one. To me it seems condescending and she was talking to me like I was 5. Mind you, cleaning is a part of the job and shouldn’t be presented as a punishment for me trying not to forget useful information. Today she asked me if informed a pet owner about dental lab work and I say no, she says “ok you need to explain that to them” in which I respond by saying “oh I’ve never done that before so I didn’t know” and she says “well that’s why I’m telling you”. That also seems condescending and she always has some type of rebuttal so she can have the last word and have some type of control over me. Mind you I expressed what they wanted like 3 times and all 3 times they expressed confusion but nobody told me to ask or confirm anything from the owner and I also didn’t set up the appointment or anything. Let me know if I’m tripping because T o me she seems like the type to feel good when she tells someone what to do and to have the last word while saying it very unnecessarily loud…

Plus:

Another thing I didn’t appreciate is the fact that I had to walk away to tell our doctor to examine our pet and he’s around a corner and every time they would say hey you can’t leave the pet alone…MIND YOU I’m the only assistant helping him and they are very aware and there are 3 people sitting less than a foot away from the dog…literally just watch him while I step away at least. And then when I stayed with a dog for about 20 minutes to wait for the doctor now they’re asking me what’s going on and why I’m still there. Very frustrating and hard for me to find a balance as an overstimulated newbie.
