Wood stove cough

,We have a new woodstove and my wife has a cough and she thinks it may be the new stove. I however, do not have a cough. Open the door when loading would just a little bit to let the smoke go up the pipe mode.The wood and close the door right away. It's a brand new stove and there are no leaks. We have been burning seasoned ash, oak, cherry. I have two totally different carbon monoxide detectors on the same level as the stove just to make sure and they were both registering zero

Update; bought an air purifier, will be here tomorrow.

Still thinks it's a cold from all Sunday after church hand shaking n hugging, but she is insistent that it's the stove... happy wife, happy life....i guess
