If you could buy an established small winery, would you? Would you want to be surrounded by your hobby daily?

I live near a small winery and the business is up for sale. From all appearances it is a successful business, the owner started it as a retirement project and I suspect he is ready to fully retire. He is offering all the equiptment in place and to stay on with the business to assist as needed. He does not have a vineyard, he makes the wine from juice.

As an amateur wine maker I have always fantasized about one day making an offer on this business, but I didn't expect it so soon.

Would you want to own a winery? Besides the challenges of owning a business, would you want to be surrounded by your hobby full time?

Edit: Hypothetically, let's assume it is profitable and a solid business for discussion sake. Crossposted.
