This game is so terribly rage inducing because of my teammates.

Why do I only get bad team mates

I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING THAT IS HOLY. ITS NOT ME.

So I have been playing League ranked solo/duo (plat) and I just seem to get bad team mates. I have played 30 games and won 8, and the vast majority of these games I have a positive k/d with the most damage etc. (I basically have the highest stats and played good, I think). But for some reason I always have a guy who goes 2/13, feeds the enemy midlaner and loses us the game. Sometimes there are 2 people like that. Why is that? It seems I always get matched with people who dont even know how to use their mouse and keyboard, but I have never played against a person who played bad in that way. Why is that? All my teams seem to be just way worse than me and I hate it. Let me be clear when I say this. I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. Its clear as day riot has fixed this game for certain people so they can rank up as theyd like. The only problem I have is when people just don't read because I made all of this shit up. Its absolutely infuriating and deserves attention. Absolutely bonkers. What am I supposed to with this?

TLDR : MY TEAM IS ALWAYS SO BAD AND I CANT DO ANYTHING TO CONTROL IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
