How to stop losing streak?

Okay so I am not very high up in the ranks after the reset and have had an unfortunate losing streak from plat iv with full marks down to gold I. FYI, I play support (veigar mostly) any tips to help my gameplay would be helpful, though I have to wonder is it gaming fatigue of some sort? I was playing like 6 games in a row. New to posting so sorry if it is a garbage post.
