Dolby or IMAX ?!

Should I see the movie in Dolby or imax? I’ve seen some posts on this but I can’t figure out what the consensus is! I really like to feel fully immersed - like I want to feel apart of it. (Saw dune 2 in imax and it was amazing). But I don’t want shitty sound quality… I saw the first time in regular screen format with bad quality and a small screen.

What would people recommend? Thank you!!

Update: just watched it in Dolby and can confirm was amazing! I’m sure both iMax and Dolby are great! Dolby had a very large screen too with amazing sound - felt very immersed!
