What car should I get

I just had a terrible hydroplane accident and am lucky to be fine. Car totaled. BMW X3m40 I dislike some of the drive assist features. I had a Mercedes GLK that I loved. But alas no longer exists.

I want a small suv or crossover. Safe. Higher end. Acura. Lexus. Mercedes. Toyota ? Also I am 5 feet tall if that matters. And I am 50 years old and not a techie. Thanks!
