What luxury/sporty SUV?

Hey folks, I’ve always been into cars but never had the coin for anything nice. Best car I’ve had was an 07’ Honda Civic stick shift lol. Great car fwiw. Long story short I’ve done well for myself in business over the past decade and am looking in the <$100k usd range. So far I’m leaning towards a 2025 Macan GTS, BMW X5M, or Audi SQ7. Maybe a Panamera but damn they pricey. Should be able to handle snow, bumpy city roads, and longer trips out in the country on fun windy, hilly roads. Won’t be a daily driver as I work from home. More for weekends so low mileage. Thanks in advance!
