Does temporary happiness temporarily increase HRV?
I have always wondered, if something good suddenly happens, will HRV increase at this moment? So will HRV gradually decrease as happiness decreases?
In other words, does temporary happiness temporarily increase HRV? For example, after a dinner party with many people, someone suddenly treats you. Will this short-term happiness increase HRV at that time?
I couldn't do this experiment myself because I couldn't predict when the happy event would occur, take measurements a few minutes before the event, and compare them to measurements taken immediately after the happy event, so depending on your expertise and After extensive empirical research, do you have any insights on this? Thanks
