Downloading all data

Hi, please can someone help me. I've been using the app since October 2020 and want to download all my data.

I asked Welltory but really did not understand their instructions or the answer.

They seemed to imply I can't download it all? I hope u have misunderstood as I have paid yearly for this app for several years and as far as I'm concerned, this is MY data.

Any help would be appreciated. I think I did log in on the website but the links to download did nothing from what I remember
